It is good to see our Catholic leaders standing up against the HHS Mandate. These rallies are rooted in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, guaranteeing religious freedom in this country. This is including the upcoming Fortnight of Freedom.
I would like to see, however, an effort by the bishops and priests of the Catholic Church as to why contraception is wrong. The use of contraception to prevent pregnancy is a mortal sin. In my lifetime I have not heard a strong solid teaching flowing from the Catholic Church on this subject.
(Note: I have heard individual priests talk against contraception, and that is great… but I am talking about an organized, nationwide effort, and international effort, to teach the faithful).
