New Traditional Latin Mass Coming to Central Illinois

I am working with a priest in central Illinois, down close to Bloomington, to start a new Traditional Latin Mass.

He and I have already acquired a 1962 Altar Missal, a DVD on how to serve the Latin Mass, several hand Missals, and we have started practicing going through the Mass.

I am hoping that the Latin Mass will be started by the end of the year.

This will be the 2nd church in the area that offers the Traditional Latin Mass.  The first is in Fairbury, Saint Andrew Parish.

I will be the first server for the Mass, until we can get some altar boys trained.  I have found a good book that describes step-by-step what an altar-boy needs to do.  If anyone knows other materials for training altar servers, please leave a comment.  Also if you have any advice that would be great.

More details to come very soon!
